- build documentation:
    - `sphinx-apidoc -F -o docs gamelocker/`
    - `cd docs`
    - `PYTHONPATH=.. make html`
    - push to server, `git pull`
  - update version in setup.py
  - `git tag` and push
  - `python setup.py bdist_wheel`
  - `python setup.py sdist`
  - `twine upload dist/python-gamelocker-*`
